One of the best PA Posse drivers in the 1990's, Fred Rahmer is in the Lawrence's Service Center #99 at Williams Grove Speedway on March 11, 1990.

Doug Wolfgang

Perhaps the most dominant sprint car driver anywhere during the late 1980's, Doug Wolfgang is on his way to winning the opening day feature at Williams Grove Speedway on March 29, 1987 in the Weikert's Livestock #29.
